◆ Compared with the twin-screw, it has a larger working volume of the main extruder, and has better tolerance and adaptability to the size state of the raw material (fluffy or bulk material).

◆ The main extruder barrel is a split structure, which is convenient for cleaning and maintenance and material replacement.

◆ The double rotor is a double support structure at both ends, which strengthens the stress stiffness and avoids the direct friction contact and unnecessary wear between the screw and the cylinder in the twin screw extruder.

All kinds of high filling compounding modification operations; high concentration carbon black masterbatch and color masterbatch, filling masterbatch and special masterbatch, functional masterbatch, flame retardant masterbatch, shield material, elastomer and rubber and plastic combination, etc.

The core extruder equipment includes parallel twin screw compounding extruder, reciprocating

At the same time, based on the above main extruder, the design and manufacture of a

complete set of compounding pelletizing production line equipment and compounding

The existing factory area of the company is 46500 m2 (of which the parent company is
